ManyWidgets privacy policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Summary

ManyWidgets does not collect or share any personal data. There is no account, no ads, no server of ours and no analytics or usage tracking. Everything stays on your iPhone.

What is stored and where

Your habits, dates, pomodoros, chosen quotes and settings are stored only on your iPhone. They are never sent to our servers or anyone else’s.

The widgets read that data from a storage space shared by the app and its widgets on the same phone. It never leaves it.

Weather (Premium)

The forecast comes from Apple Weather. The app never asks for your location: it uses the city of the iPhone’s time zone, turned into rounded coordinates (about 1 km), and asks Apple for the forecast. Apple handles that request under its own privacy policy.

Calendar (optional)

Only if you allow it, the agenda widgets read your events on the iPhone to show them. Events are never copied or sent anywhere. You can remove the permission anytime in the iPhone’s settings.

ManyCards

If ManyCards is on the same iPhone, ManyWidgets reads there how many cards are due today and whether you have Premium (only the product and its expiry). It is read on the phone, in a space only apps from the same developer can open.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We never see your name, your Apple ID or your payment details.

Your phone’s backup

If iCloud Backup is on, the iPhone may include the app’s data in it. That backup is stored in your own account, you control it and we have no access to it. If you do not want it, you can turn it off in the iPhone’s settings.

Stores and other apps

The buttons to see ManyCards or the app’s page take you to the App Store, which has its own policy. Those links contain none of your data.

Deleting your data

If you delete the app, your habits, dates and settings are deleted from the iPhone, except anything left in your iCloud backup, which is in your account and under your control.

Children

ManyWidgets is suitable for everyone and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If anything in this policy changes, you will see it on this page with a new date.
